(We will provide training for raising support and help you calculate estimated expenses based on your stage of life.)

Stage 1: Experience: Cultural Immersion

First 6 – 8 weeks immersion to help interns understand the culture and how our church seeks to engage the culture while building relationships with the unchurched.

Stage 2: Personal & Spiritual Development

Our Leadership Development training focuses on the following areas: Knowing and strengthening yourself, family, others, your calling and Outdoorsmen Church. This helps them mature spiritually and emotionally to be prepared to minister and lead people.

Interns go to areas where unchurched gather. They will learn how to break down the walls with the lost. By starting conversations, effectively listening, asking ‘wondering’ questions, so that they can eventually build trust to share their God story.

They learn through hands on ministry using the Search, Outfit and Rescue discipleship process
